Park Facility Reservation Form

Individuals interested in renting East Palestine Park facilities should submit the following forms and pay the deposit (if applicable) in full within 48 hours of making the reservation to hold and secure the reservation. Except for the $100 Community Center Facility Deposit, there are NO REFUNDS on rentals. Alcohol is not permitted in the Park Community Center or anywhere in our Park. The facility rentals at the park are as follows:

PARK GAZEBO (No charge but you must still reserve, all day or 2 hour increments.)

PARK COMMUNITY CENTER (2 hours, 4 hours or all day rental 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

ENCLOSED BRICK PAVILION (All day rental only)

BOY SCOUT CABIN (All day rental only)

SHELTERS #19 – #50 (All day rental only)
