Park Rental Information

Call 330-426-4367, Extension 20, for rental information from September through May.

RESERVATIONS

Rent and facility deposit (if applicable) are due in full within 48 hours of making your reservation. If payment in full is not received, the facility will be available for others to rent. Except for the $100 Community Center Facility Deposit, there are NO REFUNDS on rentals. The $100 facility deposit on the Community Center can be carried over to the following year.

Rules

  • Alcohol is not permitted in the Park Community Center or anywhere in our Park.
  • Reservations will not be made more than a year prior to the event.
  • All persons/organizations who rent park facilities are given 48 hours to re-rent the same facility for same day of the week the following year.

Example: A family may rent a specific shelter each year on the “first Sunday in June” (the calendar date will change). That family has 48 hours to re-rent for the next year before the City rents it to another family. Please note that when the 4th of July falls on a weekend, precedence is given to those who rent on the “first Saturday” or “first Sunday” in July. •

  • A complete list of rental rules is available in the Municipal Building (85 North Market Street) or at the ticket booth in the park.
