Meet K-9 Officer Toney. She is a Belgian Malinois trained in narcotics, tracking and article searches. Toney has been a valued member of the East Palestine Police Department since 2012. Lt. Johnson and K-9 Toney receive annual training and certification through the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA), the North American Police Working Dog Association (NAPWDA) and the National Association of Professional Canine Handlers (NAPCH).
