PART-TIME BUILDING & ZONING INSPECTOR

The Village of East Palestine will be accepting applications until January 22nd, 2020 for the position of Part-Time Building Inspector (20 hours per week).  Resumes and letters of interest can be mailed to PO Box 231, East Palestine Ohio 44413 or emailed to m.martin@eastpalestine-oh.gov

Qualified candidates should possess a High school graduation certificate or equivalent and an Ohio Residential Building Inspector certification OR   have a minimum five years’ experience in building construction.

Applicants shall provide a resume including previous employment history, criminal record if applicable and three references with contact info, of which at least two should be professional.

PART-TIME EMT-B/A/P

The Village of East Palestine will be accepting applications until January 22nd, 2020 for part‐time paid-volunteer EMT-B/A/P.  Candidates must be current Ohio valid registered EMT, current AHA CPR certification, and a valid OH driver’s license with clean record.   Only qualified applicants need apply.  Resumes and letters of interest can be mailed to PO Box 231, East Palestine Ohio 44413 or emailed to m.martin@eastpalestine-oh.gov

WATER/WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR

The Village of East Palestine will be accepting applications until January 22nd, 2020 for Water / Wastewater Treatment Plan Operator (TPO).    Resumes and letters of interest can be mailed to PO Box 231, East Palestine Ohio 44413 or emailed to m.martin@eastpalestine-oh.gov

Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid OH driver’s license with clean record (CDL with at least a class C endorsement is preferred); knowledge of water and/or wastewater systems is preferred;. Applicant must be willing to attend and participate in educational training seminars and must possess the ability to obtain and maintain any required state and local certifications as dictated by the Village.
